The Appointment Setter supports a U.S.-based Home Improvement client by:
· Handling outbound and inbound follow-up calls
· Engaging U.S. homeowners
· Pre-qualifying prospects
· Scheduling and confirming in-home or virtual consultations
· Overcoming objections to secure the appointment
· Updating CRM with accurate notes and next steps
The ideal candidate is confident, energetic, persuasive, and thrives in a KPI-driven environment.
a. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales & Appointment Setting
Make 80–120 outbound calls daily (average).
Convert warm leads into confirmed appointments.
Handle common objections such as “I’m not interested”, “I’m busy”, or “I need to think about it.”
Deliver a 20–30 second pitch with clarity and confidence.
Lead Management & CRM Work
Navigate CRM while on live calls.
Maintain clean and organized lead pipelines.
Log notes, call outcomes, and follow-up actions accurately.
Customer Qualification
Identify prospect needs and interest levels.
Verify location, availability, and eligibility.
Escalate leads that meet best-fit criteria.
Operational Excellence
Meet or exceed weekly KPIs (appointments booked, show-ups, contact rate).
Maintain consistent performance in a fast-paced environment.
Adhere to schedules and script guidelines.
