Implementation Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Implementation Specialist to support onboarding and implementation processes for a growing U.S.-based operation.

In this role, you’ll work behind the scenes to make sure each customer setup has the right information, accounts, and configurations in place. You’ll gather information from different sources, complete defined setup steps across digital platforms, and prepare everything the onboarding team needs to move forward.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, clear processes, digital tools, and getting the details right.

This is an internal, operational role and is not client-facing.

What You’ll Do

• Support customer onboarding and implementation activities by following established processes and workflows.

• Gather and verify information from different sources, including spreadsheets, CRM systems, and online platforms.

• Log into digital platforms and complete required account setup and configuration tasks.

• Add users, connect accounts, retrieve information, and complete other implementation-related steps.

• Work with platforms such as HubSpot, Facebook/Meta, Google Business Profile, Yext, and other web-based tools.

• Retrieve and organize information needed by onboarding and implementation teams.

• Pull and share items such as account information, configuration details, and website embed codes when required.

• Identify missing or incomplete information and follow the appropriate internal process to resolve it.

• Ensure information is accurate and complete before handing work off to the next team member.

• Maintain consistency and attention to detail while managing repetitive, process-driven tasks.

• Communicate with internal teams primarily through written and asynchronous channels.

What We’re Looking For

• English proficiency of B2 or higher.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Comfortable working with repetitive, structured, and process-driven tasks.

• Ability to follow step-by-step instructions and established workflows.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage information from multiple sources.

• Comfortable navigating web-based tools and learning new platforms.

• Good written communication skills.

• Ability to recognize when information is missing or unclear and take the appropriate next step.

• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with any of the following is helpful, but not required:

• HubSpot

• Yext

• Facebook / Meta Business tools

• Google Business Profile

• CRM platforms

• Ticketing or task-management systems

• Website or CMS platforms

• Digital onboarding or implementation processes

You do not need extensive experience or previous experience with every platform. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, learns quickly, and can follow processes accurately.

Role Details

• Work model: Remote (Colombia or El Salvador)

• Employment type: Independent Contractor

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Time

• Monthly compensation: USD 1,250

• Communication: Primarily written and asynchronous

• Client interaction: None — this is an internal operational role

• Equipment: Computer and required work equipment will be provided
