Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to review, interpret, and extract information from documents or datasets.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Previous experience in legal administration, contract management, licensing, documentation, or publishing operations.
Exposure to copyright, intellectual property, content licensing, or rights management.
